Location and general information

The building is located in a quiet location. It is rich in nearby amenities such as schools (Dragutin Tadijanović Elementary School, Stenjevec Elementary School), kindergartens (Vrapče), shops (Konzum, Spar, Lidl) and the like. Good connection by public transport with many options (137, 121, 130, 124).

The building consists of a total of 6 apartments connected by one staircase. Each apartment has one parking space in the lot in front of the building. The yard is used as a common area.
